Sacramento State Student Apartments P3 Competition
Sacramento State in order to help address housing costs and shortages for their student population with new apartment style housing on an off campus property currently owned by the City of Sacramento. Since the project site was adjacent to the campus it was important to create a sense of connection back to the campus, but also to provide robust amenities for the 1,100 residents on site.
