We were pleased to hear from our design collaborators, Mogavero Architects, that Tercero 4 at UC Davis won a Silver award in the Multifamily Student Housing category. Our own Lawrence Reed was principal in charge of this project while at SWA. This is truly a wonderful project, one that we visit often when we happen to be passing through Davis. It looks to be ready to stand the test of time.
